The Individual THE reconciliation ACT Tanisha Powell CJC 111 THE BALANCING ACT In this report I plan to smirch out how the justice governing body plant toward balancing common chord goals of justice for the victim, encourageion of society, and the rights of individual. How it uses three global rules of harbour offence, hold crime, and provide and asseverate justice. The justice system works toward keeping balance between justice for the victim, security of society, and the rights of individual by means of three general rules To control the crime, to keep back the crime, and to provide and support the justice. To control the crime in that respect be faithfulnesss in place. Laws that are requirements of society to maintain and promote social values. If a law is broken whence to maintain control there are arrest, prosecution, and retaliatement of the wrongdoers. At the same time this process is excessively a way to cherish society and in hopes to prevent new crimes. To in like manner try to prevent more crimes there are penalties in place as well. Punishing the wrongdoers in any case gives justice for the victim. Such as in the case of Conrad Murray who was arrested, prosecuted, and punish for 4 years in prison for involuntary manslaughter.

The victims family felt up as justice was serve for the decease family member. With penalties it is also a way the system tries to reprove crimes. Now to provide and! maintain justice is hard on the system.
